I just burnt the episode 1 raw and these subs onto cd r but my philips dvd player doesnt detect the subs...any ideas?
update:
its working now, it was because the file name had too many letters so i renamed it engine.srt and now it works.
hope this helps anyone with a philips dvd player

| Has anyone noticed some of the subs are overlapping with each other? How can I fix that?

Overlapping = subs OVER one another, so the subs are not readable???
or subs that are on top of each other???
I'm guessing that you have 2 progs installed, vobsub and ffdshow. If you do, disable one of them.
