Once your application status changes to delayed or cancelled, you have to reapply using a new application. No need to cancel anything. Just redo what you did yesterday but of course, put in whatever info they requested that apparently was lacking in the first place.
You don't need to wait. Once you find out what the issue is, then just reapply during the specified time period.
The delayed/cancelled board is here: http://www.red-pouch.com/xe/delay. The applications from the previous day get moved into their respective areas the following day. So yours is sitting in the delayed area. Go there and find your application. Read their response to you so that you can reapply correctly. If you had marked it as "secret" like you were supposed to, you'll have to input the password you created when submitting the application in order to be able to view their response to you.

No problem. I'm sure it'll work. The process is really simple as long as you put in whatever they ask you to put in when applying. Let me know once you get the approval. There are lots of nice goodies in gachapin's box.

Not sure since they already told you what info was missing and why it was delayed. Maybe you should read the response for the 2nd application you submitted and see if it's because of a different reason.
If you're not part of any communities or whatever, just state that you're just using the files for personal use only.

i need some help ^^
i've been using gachapin clubbox for quite a while and suddenly i cant open it today, need to go to that red-pouch.com for application.
so.. just to clarify things, do i need to re-register at their clubbox again? or is my account still there?
do i need to register at red-pouch? or just put in the same ID as the clubbox ID? and what is application ID?
and for the question that asks to list all communities.. if i put d-addicts down, they will cancel my registration?><
lastly.. i tried now but it says "I dont have permission to access", i suppose its not open since its not in the time frame^^

Hmm, did you apply for the regular box and not for the level up one? If so, not sure why your application might be delayed again. Usually they do respond to all of the delayed/cancelled applications. You might just have to wait to see what the reason is for the 2nd one not going through. I actually went through a delayed process myself because i had asked them a question within my application which took a couple of days before i got a response to my question.

| Nope, I applied for the normal one. :\ Hmm, it's really weird. I might reapply agin within a couple of days if they don't respond until then.
