I would believe it's only images in this one needed. Not flash files necessarily.
Eveyrone doesn't have access to Flash I bet.
Just one question.
Where should the submissions be sent/uploaded?

You don't need to do any flash, you don't need to do all the banner size either.
Just upload to this thread as an attachment so everybody can see too.

yah, pale-mun's are really nice
but that doesn't discourage me from trying (and embarrassing myself with bad photoshop skillz)
