Well the most problem for subbing I think is EGOISM. Those who sub it want to do it in as close relation as possible. Because of that comes out problems like Translation is grate, but the timing and typesetting sucks ass. Fonts, coloring, timing is nice, but translation barely succeeds acceptable reading or encoded video qual is poor. Therefore subers joint their forces and its much better if each thing is done by one who knows and do it at the best. Sadly but those suber joints are offten done in dessperate need of speciffic translation, because then this 2-3 men fansubin group cant do the show, but they realy want to do it cos they like it. |
No offense, but with your grammar, spelling and sentence structure...you should be the last person to comment on the effort of the subbers...
im not sure on what the point of your comment is, but there's plenty of us out here who appreciate the people who sub these doramas.
Their called fan subs for a reason - ie; their free!
If you dont like them, i'm pretty sure no one is pointing a gun to your head to use them

dude, it's not about your typing, but also your spelling and your grammar as well.
you're not getting the point too, it's not absolute gratitude, it's just being polite. you're trying to say if someone gives you a present, you're gonna rip it apart just because you don't like it?
these subs are not obligations, much less demands. if you're gonna demand for everything why don't you try a genie?
this is not the right place to argue with Mr I-say-Therefore-I-Get, but I'd like to show my gratitude (or according to someone "absolute thankfulness") for the subbers that have provided us with 10 episodes of fantastic subs for this cool drama!

And for collaborating, this issue is not something I flame in every possible way. Since there is subs to choose between, the choices are being done. It just happened when I read those freaks who are willing to accept every single crap and godlike gratitude they are showing . Like I should cherish those poor fansubers for their fragile heart who are very quick to upset if there are criticism/ complains (except for speed).
I understand I've might had hurted feeling of others, but opinion is opinion. |
I do see what you are trying to say about having an opinion...but the bottom line is that you are NOT a consumer who is entitled to complain about the service.
The fansubs provided are not goods or services that you are purchasing and hence entitling you to a certain standard of service/product quality - you are downloading something that is provided for free as a gesture of goodwil. Something that is done to share with the dorama community.

Well, here it is, the ending for Densha Otoko!
Definitely, this series has been my favorite of all time!
I laughed, trembled, screamed, and cried along with Densha!
The perfect timing to end each episode... Densha's awesome facial expression...
And of course, Saori's "Moe~!"...
Anyway, here is the final sub.
This time, the lyrics are encoded in unicode.
So much thanks to the other fansubbers out there!
It is so much work, and everytime I work on a new sub
I realized it once more all over again!
And thanx for all of your support!
Your replies after sub posting really helped and inspired us to push on!
Thank you so much for your support!
Hope you enjoy our subs!

cant wait for the episode 11 subs. anyway, thank you for all the people who made the densha rips and the subtitles =)
i'm not complaining, but i want to point out that the episode 9 timing is a bit off in that part where densha met up with his two friends at akihibara.. and the definitions for the jargons used by densha's two friends are quite a bit long. just comments to the continued improvement on the subs.
thanks again.
